Estimates
Estimates are provided free of charge. Requesting an estimate does not obligate you to hire Onyx. The scope of work and pricing for your project are set out in the estimate you receive, not on this website.
Payment
Onyx accepts cash, check, and card. Card payments are made through a third-party invoicing and payment platform, and those transactions are also subject to that platform's own terms.
Financing
A third-party financing option may be offered as part of your estimate. Onyx is not the lender. Any financing is arranged through the outside provider, and its approval, terms, and conditions are set by that provider, not by Onyx.
Service area and scheduling
Onyx generally serves properties within about an hour's drive of Montrose, Michigan. Projects outside that area are accepted at Onyx's discretion. Posted business hours are Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM · Sat 8 AM–3 PM. Scheduling depends on the season, weather, and existing workload. Snow plowing is offered on a limited basis and is not available for every location.
